We strongly believe in the progressive philosophy of supported living so people could live in more independent and community based accommodations to enjoy full autonomy, choice and equality of life.
Our Supported Living is at the end of the Care pathway for our service users who come in to our various services and progress through to the Intensive Rehab unit to more community based living.
At Salverò Healthcare we actively subscribe to the personalization agenda and our commitment aims at continue to support individuals with significant support needs within the community.
Our Supported living services are individually tailored to support an individual within a group of supported living environment and will help our service users lead a full life in every aspect.

Learning Disability
The term, ‘learning disability’ refers to a significant impairment of intelligence and social functioning, with onset in the first 18 years of life. People with learning disability have limited understanding of the world around and display significant impairment of independent functions. They have high incidence of mental health illnesses, epilepsy, dementias and physical health co morbidities. They have difficulty in communication and are quite vulnerable to various forms of exploitations.
Our specialist Learning Disability service is designed for people with mild, moderate, severe or borderline learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, and a co-morbid mental health disorders-Dual Diagnosis, who may have a forensic history and autism spectrum disorder.

Mental Health Rehabilitation
Our 9 bed Unit service is ready to provide a high quality, holistic, high support/intense rehabilitation service for female service users with complex needs. Service Users will be 18 years and over and will be cared for 24 hours a day. The women will be either informal or detained under Section 37 or 37/41. The service will operate a locked front door policy with access and exit controlled by staff, but service users will have full right to access community outings.
Focus of the service is to assist in the rehabilitation of those individuals with a primary diagnosis of severe and enduring mental illness and to facilitate their more independent life in the community. Service users may also have a personality disorder and/or mild learning disability.
The Unit will also develop a 12-weeks assessment programme for delayed discharges/bed blocker population.
